IVSA Executive Director

The Import Vintners & Spirits Association (IVSA) is seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to serve as our Executive Director. In this pivotal role, you will drive our mission forward by developing innovative initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and enhancing our public presence. This position is perfect for a self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills who is passionate about the beverage alcohol industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic proposals and initiatives.

• Oversee administrative functions, event planning, and membership communications.

• Manage media relations and public speaking engagements.

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and members.

Position Details:

• Type: Employee or Contract (30 hours per week)

• Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in Vancouver or Victoria, Western Canada)

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience
